    Its unfortunate that I have to leave this review for Blue Divine Aestheticsbut they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I should have gone with my gut and listened to the previous negative reviews about this place and the owner ***** because they were right. I was eager and had high hopes for some relief for my hyperpigmentation issues with chemical peels. Now I'm regretting my decision. I am stuck paying for a chemical peel that made my skin WORSE, and expensive products that were upsold to me that didnt work well. Money wasted. I had to file a dispute with ******************* because I am not paying for other services I didnt get and no longer want. I am highly disappointed at how my case is being handled. They do not seem interested in helping to resolve my complaints. DO NOT give them your money. Their pricing is very vague and you have to be careful! I had to call several times inquiring about receiving my money back for services not rendered. Not even a refund -which I feel I'm entitled to- but for services not rendered!! They have not replied to my emails, and any phone calls I made to them were not followed up as they stated. Sneaky business practicesstay FAR away. I am reporting this company to the BBB and proper authorities because this is greedy, predatory, and unethical. What a way to take advantage of people seeking solutions for their skin problems. Dont get scammed- avoid this place at all costs!

    Blue ****** Aesthetics is unethical and takes advantage of clients by advertising wrong information about services and product to get higher sales. Their service is below par, appointments are confirmed and not kept. Their customer service is very concerning.?

    My Initial experience with Blue Divine Medical Spa was pleasant. I agreed to a three month minimum membership that was 250 USD per month. During one of my last sessions, I became sick with COVID -19 and I immediately called the spa to inform them of my diagnosis, at this time I was met by an extremely hostile and insulting customer service experience only concerned about me not renewing my membership with them and me not being able to get my money back for services not rendered. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that I could not reschedule any service until I could produce a negative Covid -19 test result. Unfortunately, I was one of those rare cases where I did not get a negative test result until months later. *** called several times about being reimbursed for the funds they owe me or rendering final services. *** called there for the past two months asking to speak to the owner, leaving messages and etc. at this point, if I do not get my money back, I will continue to escalate this problem to the proper authorities.
