    ****** is amazing! I got laser hair removal on my neck, and now I have no more ingrown hairs. Those are completely gone now because I dont have to shave anymore. She made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend!

    FRAUDULENT & SCAMMING BUSINESS OWNER. THAT WRONGFULLY KEEPS CHARGING MY CARD WITHOUT SERVICES. KEEPS DELETING MY REVIEWS & DELETING *** ACCOUNT CAUSE SHE IS A CON ARTIST. Just so this is clearly documented for the fraud claim, your business reviews, ******* and every other avenue possible: - Jan 29th reached out for an appointment schedule. Same day was charged a bogus fee. - Feb 1st contacted ****** for a refund for the bogus fee. Was told I would hear back. Did not receive a call. - Feb 3rd reached out to ****** for a call and explanation on the fee. Was told Id receive a call back after a facial, which I got, but was in a meeting, communicated that and called back to no response. - Feb 4th - Feb 6th. Called and received no answer or text confirmation. - Feb 6th arrived to my appointment with no one present but a sticky note on the door about a cancellation (despite being charged for a late fee in the past). Messaged and was told there was a family emergency which I perfectly understood & was told by phone manager that I would receive an explanation and call on Feb 7th at a scheduled time of 10:30am. - Feb 7th tried calling for the scheduled meeting no response. Via text I consistently explained that I was wrongly charged and had a confirmation with someone whose solution was to get cash for a card charge and a reschedule and call was expected. - Feb 8th - Feb 13th called, texted, left messages and tried my best to reach for an understanding, refund of bogus charge with no update, call, email or text till date.

No Record of Unauthorized Charges There is no record of your card being charged without authorization or any improper billing.All transactions require client authorization before processing, and our system maintains detailed records of every transaction.2). No Evidence Supporting Your Claims We have no documented evidence of the interactions described in your ********** have not provided any legitimate proof of a wrongful charge, failed refund request, or unfulfilled service.3). Ongoing ***************** Reviews (Over 2 Months of Daily Personal Threats)You have created multiple false accounts across platforms (BBB, ******* Yelp, TikTok, and Groupon) to post fabricated complaints.*A Cease and Desist Letter was sent via Certified Mail on March 4, 2025, formally ordering you to stop.*A police report has been initiated for continued defamation and harassment.4). Legal Action is in Progress Your false fraud claims and defamatory statements now constitute a malicious smear campaign, violating laws against online harassment, libel, and business interference under Georgia and federal law.- Final warning- If this false review is not removed within 48 hours (by March 7, 2025), as outlined in the formal Cease and Desist Notice, we will proceed with legal action.We value honest and legitimate client feedback, but false claims, cyberstalking, and defamatory actions will not be tolerated. Additionally, you have:? Publicly shared private company ******************** in reviews.? Breached multiple legally binding agreements, including your signed liability waiver and policy contracts (dating back to October 22, 2024).Your harassment has now escalated into legal matters.
