Hi, so essentially I paid this particular doctor a little over ***** dollars with the hopes and promises this procedure stem cell transplant to be more specific would help my back problems. After getting the procedure done I felt amazing but in the matter of a couple days the pain gradually came right back. At the time of me feeling the pain gradually coming back I was at work *************** so it was impossible at the moment to arrange an appointment. While away working I called the office multiple times and left multiple messages at some point while calling the number was turned off completely. Once arriving back home 5 months afterwards I drove to the doctors office in hopes of speaking to this man to my surprise the entire practice was closed completely. At that moment I thought let me start reading this man most recent reviews, at that moment my biggest fear set in I was scammed. After reading multiple reviews saying the same exact thing how they where scammed out of money, that was all the confirmation I needed to confirm my suspicions.

**REGENCare's address was actually *********************************************************************, but the form is not accepting the address**I paid $745.20 for a tattoo laser removal package with REGENCare that was supposed to cover six treatments. I only received one treatment before I was notified that the owner of the clinic had closed the office and fled the country. The company's website has been taken down and they are unresponsive to emails and phone calls, so many patients of REGENCare are in the same boat and out of the money they paid upfront for their packages. I would like to file a formal complaint against the company and owner. The date I purchased the package was 10/20/2021 and the reason I did not file a complaint until now is that my dad passed away shortly after and I was wrapped up with his funeral and probate court proceedings as he passed very young and suddenly. I did not have the capacity to bring this to court and as it seems no one else has done so, I wanted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure the clinic's closure is at least documented by them. Ideally I would like a refund, and have disputed the transaction with my credit card as well though they require documentation that the business has closed from a trusted news source or the Better Business Bureau.
