This company suppose to have came out to solve my drainage issue around my home . According to the invoice I accepted nothing on that invoice was done . They didnt repair my side walks back they left a mess in my yard with broken concrete. They didnt install the gutter hoses correctly I have videos of water gushing out of the drain pipes 5/5/2024. The owner was rude the service guy was rude . I have them on recorded and video . I ask for a refund because of the unprofessional work that was done at my home . The owner Mr. *************** told me he is going to call the inspector out to verify that the gutters are install correctly. What does an inspector has to do with my home , gutters installed incorrectly. I advised him to do so so I can roll my cameras back and show him when it rained how the rain was coming out the pipes my home has a big flood in the front the side and the back due to the way this company has messed up my yard . I have videos to prove everything Im complaining about . They didnt use no gravel, they didnt install no covering , they didnt install the correct fittings . The service guy cut my gutters wit a jigsaw I seen it on my camera . I ask for what I paid . Now Im taking him to court because he refused to refund me , now Im asking for how much its going to cost to redo the job, fix my concrete and my yard and thats way over the $3,400 I paid this company I wouldnt recommend to no one the owner doesnt take accountability of his workers work .Business Response

******************** requested services that our outlined in Invoice 1869(attached). Quote in writing were exactly the following:
Pool area 100 feet of pipe 5 downspout connectors 1 $800.00 $800.00
Pool area French drain 150 feet of pipe sleeved French drain use existing rocks by pool 2 -12-inch drain boxes 1 $1,200.00 $1,200.00.
Front of house 4 down spouts under stairs 5 downspout connections 1 $850.00 $850.00
2 downspouts by garage door side entrance. Cut and repair sidewalk 2 down spouts under sidewalk connect to French drain by pool 1 $550.00 $550.00.
After the service visit was completed, ******************* was complimentary and paid Invoice 1869 closing contract. Several days later ******************* emailed and called the office asking for line item 3 or 4 or the gutters to be re-worked. We agreed and put him on schedule for the following week. When tech arrived on site and installed several gutters to pipe plastic connectors (approx. $5.00 each) the customer requested. ******************* was being very aggressive and threatening. He explained he owned a construction/landscaping business and knows how this work should be done. He was very loud and very aggressive. The worker walks away and calls the office advising him that ******************** was threatening him and being aggressive. At this point the phone is on speaker and the dispatcher can actually here ******************** berating and being aggressive. ******************** at this point told the tech to leave his property. The work was always completed paid for and closed out. We were happy to look at and fix any issue ******************* had, but the issue was very minor.
******************** reviewed and paid for work only later to become agitated because he was having difficulty reaching our main office. Once we made contact, we promptly agreed to return and return to fix the minor issue was wanted resolved. ******************** expressed he has made unnoticed secretly recorded calls which is a crime in the state of ******** It should be noted that this home was a construction site.Customer Answer

First off I appreciate the company incriminating themself by defamation of character to myself , according to my video footage the tech of the company had his phone in his pocket I wasnt loud at all Ive sent all footage and videos to my attorney, also he got in his phone as he left my ppl area on the side gate the camera footage shows him pulling out his phone and calling his office and I never said a word to him, I then came on my porch as my cameras footage would show from the inside of my house to make sure he doesnt damage anything that I had in my yard. I was never irritate to the tech. The tech got mad that I ask him about the gutters that was not done. This company will be hearing from my attorneys. And I just downloaded all his response and false receipt that he said I paid. Also I never looked at the job , the tech said theyll be back because they had to do other things . I was trying to reach the company the same day they left to let them know about the duck tape and the work that was done. I never could get In touch with someone . My phone calls are monitored and recorded , because I own my own business and my employees have a cell phone so I make sure I monitor there communication with customers. . Those photos I snap from my video footage shows him grabbin his phone out his pockets after I ask him to leave when he was rude . You can see me entering my home . I never threaten him at no point . I have more footage that I will present to the judge along with the lies he just told BBB in his response . ** also letting my attorney see his response to BBB they already have my video footage.

We completed to initial scope. Mr. ************** contact us about a small portion of the scope(Gutter connectors $4.00 each). We scheduled and returned to the location to address ******************** concerns. 95% of scope is not in question however, he is asking for a 100% refund???
We did return and while technician was working ******************** becoming aggressive with the tech. The tech excused himself to call our main office. Dispatch heard the aggressive manner in which ******************** was speaking and did not want the issue to escalate. It was not intended to be rude to anyone.
At that point, ******************** told the tech to leave his property. We left as directed without incident. 95% or more of scope is not in question however, he is asking for a 100% refund?

I am rejecting this response because: Ive gave this to my Attorney, I was fair by just asking for what I spent , knowing all the damage this company has done to my yard and my sidewalk . So we will let the courts decide. Its no other discussion from here for me . I have all I need from my surveillance cameras from day 1 up til the last day Ive sent all videos and camera footages to my attorney which should be contacting the business . Now I need my side walk repair and other damages that was done along with the monies I paid to the company .thank you
