    Aiding and abetting their clients in bad faith insurance fraud The *********************** and The Holiday Inn on ************ in ******* **. I had an allergic reaction to mold in my hotel room and they lied to me about doing an inspection then later denied my claim and tried to shift the blame on me. I have audio recordings of my insurance agent **** ******** lying to me twice along with a cease and desist letter and denial letter! I've submitted evidence refuting the claims against me regarding this matter and I've also submitted a complaint to several media outlets and even reached out to the State Bar ! BENDIN SUMRALL & LADNER, LLC Law Firm is aiding and abetting their clients in fraudulent practices/ behavior I wouldn't recommend using this law firm! They lack integrity and the ability to uphold their clients to do the right thing when they know their clients are wrong it's unethical and unprofessional behavior that could lead to criminal charges and disbarment!

    We just received this second notice today via regular mail from BBB. We did not receive the first notice from BBB. I represent the ***************** that is the subject of this claim. Mr. ******** is not and has never been my client. *********** has asserted a claim against the ***************** that I represent. This is a relatively simple claim which we have recently denied. Mr. ********* tactic has been to harass everyone involved. He has sent over a hundred emails to the insurance adjuster, the adjusters supervisor, high level officers in the adjusters company and also to me and to all of my partners in my firm. He calls numerous times a day and attempts to speak with my partners, my secretary, and my paralegal. He has threatened that he will not be responsible for his actions. My staff is fearful of him. He has sent emails to the ***, the Georgia Bar, and other entities. My sole contact with Mr. ******** has been to send him two letters one letter asked him to cease contacting my clients and one letter denied his claim as groundless.  

    Please let me know if you would like to see some or all of these emails and I will be glad to share. I will also be glad to share the two letters I have sent to him and also will be glad to provide details regarding the claim that has been denied.
