    My experience with **** ****** Law Group, LLC, and **** Personal Injury Lawyers has been deeply disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I constantly had to push for updates. The firm arranged costly, unnecessary procedures with a lien-based doctor, which could have been covered by my insurance, leaving me with substantial bills when they abruptly withdrew from my case.I wasnt informed of their withdrawal until a text from the lien doctor canceled my appointment due to a lack of representation. By law, I should have received a formal 10-day notice from the firm before any third party was informed. Instead, I was left embarrassed, confused, and blindsided, with no explanation for their decision.The attorney handling my case, Somalia *****, barely engaged, and most work was delegated to her assistant, which resulted in poor handling and lack of expertise. Overall, their actions showed a lack of integrity, empathy, and professionalism, making my case feel unimportant and leaving me to pick up the ********* anyone considering this firm: do your research. You deserve a team that respects and prioritizes you. Think twice before entrusting them with your case.

    Reason for my review is due to the lack of communication, clarity and lack of performance ! Let me explain I didn't have the best experience with this law firm , of course my case had been out since 2021 and took 3 years! the attorney I work with was inconsistent not willing to step any further with my case just was not very positive rather took there time just sticking with one plan and further seem inexperienced! because of the lack of performance my case was handled by a case manager! I didn't feel much satisfaction I felt cheated for the most part because I was being held accountable for a medical bill that I should've had to pay ! My goal was not to pay any bills because the incident I had was not my fault ! This law firm failed to take further action they were making excuses not to and I lost money in the process although I gained some! I was expecting a bigger settlement instead I get less which didn't look like a real one my case was bigger and the attorney did not work enough to get me the best settlement he just sat on my case for 2 years and waited until the 3 years. I had confidence that my case was going be resolved sooner but wasn't until this year! **************************************************************************** whatever your case maybe to wave your options and try other law firms that know your case , and know exactly what to do and take care of you and not just sit back ! Further get with an attorney or rather a law firm that has over 30 years of experience . I will not recommend this Law Firm The Haug Law Group didn't do much of a successful job for me to give them a much greater credit or rating
