      Since day one the attorney *** ***** law has done nothing to get my case to where it should have been. The other attorneys were more outgoing and calling getting representatives in to help the case nothing has been done by her as far as to better my case she wanted to let them spend the money. She settled my case back in July of last year the case was closed out after deposition where I explained to her I did not want my case closed until I knew what I was getting I had rather go to court than take nothing for my injuries. Come to find out almost a year later my case had been closed me not knowing it had been closed and her not telling me it had been closed since I found that out she has avoided me told me checks were in the mail two or three checks have been lost in the mail. Refuses to call me back her paralegal gives her messages to call me back she's their emails me an excuse for not calling me back or not calls me back all I want is my case settled I want it settled I gave her a figure of $200,000. That I would settle for I was told by the owner of the company ***** ****** and the case manager **** Havus if I had any problems to let them know now when I try to call them they forwarded me back to to her they refused to talk to me too this is the most unprofessional firm I've ever dealt with. They do what it takes to get your business but then they don't want to finish the situation out.

      After reviewing my documents in a safe place, I noticed $5000.00 missing from the list of fees and settlement money to be returned to me. They list case fee, lawyer fee and the amount owed to me but after calculating each and subtracting all from my settlement amount, $5000.00 is missing and not accounted for. My experience was just like the experiences listed on here. The law firm sucked with communication. I had to constantly reach out to them. The disposition was horrible. The attorney signed to my case was unprepared. Just like several complaints, the attorney signed to my case left the firm. The mediation was traumatic. I was bullied. I was bullied to sign a document. Bullied into not taking it to trial which felt like threats. They literally didnt fight for me. I could have represented myself. I believe they were paid off by the company because their actions showed they were on the defense side and not their clients side. Every time I asked to speak with ***** Monge they sent me to other peoples voicemails instead. I want to know what happened to that $5000.0 because the paperwork is not correct. Somebody is pocketing that extra money that is due to me. Do not hire them please read the reviews. The process was shady.

      The lawyer name ****** ****** fabricated Documents in the amount of$43,883.17 i have proof of this ****** Email me this information through a company called Heathy sublication managent system the other company the Ohio Recovery ************************************************************************* i had called to many places the hospital I talked to *** ******* in billing i was told my bill was $ *****. and i have no out of pocket payment. ******** has paid all of my bill. also ******** told me this and i have proof from the letters they sent me. I had also called the *************** to report ****** ******. now my other bill through ******** had paid $37,680.32 my out of pocket is $3,239.33 that is due now. Also i feel that this amount should have been paid by Geico or another

      I was injured in an auto accident in April 2023 and Monge and Associates were my lawyers. I was working with the case manager primarily instead of the attorney. The case manager called in December 2023 and informed me I would receive my settlement check in December 2023, which I have still not received. It is now February 2025. I've been calling for weeks, and no one will return my call, it just goes to voicemail. I keep getting the run around. How is a legal law firm able to deceive clients in this way? I want to receive follow-up and my settlement check.

      Won a lawsuit and the attorney we hired paid us with a bad check, They sent another one and it was bad and then my bank spoke to them and did step by step with them how to wire us the money to our account and they still have given us are money. The check I sent to you is only one of them the other I took to the bank . This is not right.

      I have been in communication with **** for years now. We've received settlement offers and false promises. We never actually received a settlement or response without being us who initiated the conversation. The situation was devastating and still continues to haunt our family. We've spoken with multiple people within the company and no help. We truly thought we trusted the correct attorney. Nobody has a solution or calls back. I've signed documents and emailed the same paperwork over many times. It's just very disheartening and unfair. By the way, it was 4 years last August.

      Hired the team at the law firm to handle a vehicle accident. They told me to get all these medical exams (which cost money) and they are preparing a settlement for the insurance company of the at fault party. We signed all the paperwork and they said we will receive a response in 60 days. That was over two months ago. Have tried calling and emailing to no avail. This company is a poor representation of lawyers. I would like an update on my case and I want it now along with all paperwork filed and sent to the other company

      I am rejecting this response because: This is my second complaint since April this year. They claim to have tried to contact me, but I have not received any correspondence. If you called and didn't get me, why no voice mail? Why no text? Why does NO ONE pick up the phone when I call the numbers you provide...I can't even leave a voice mail for these people! The phone just rings until I hang up. This has been going on since November 2023! Best thing at this point is try and find another firm that will at least communicate with me. It's bad enough dealing with my injuries...this level of service makes things worse.

      Hello, 

      ****************** claimed that the hospital account balance was fraudulent and that we were trying to scam him out of his money. We sent documentation to him showing that this was not the case, that we actually got a reduction on an extremely large lien for him, and that he was notified of all this previously and signed the paperwork accepting and acknowledging the same.

      I have attached all the payoff documents that were sent to him.
