    I called the company on January 23rd to request my files due to needing to renew my immigration documentation. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for them to email me my files. I was called a couple of days later and when i inquired about my files i was told they would let the paralegal know and they would get the files sent. I again called on 2/10 almost 3 weeks after my initial contact and was told that my files had to be looked over by a lawyer that had been out the week before and that it would take a month for files that belong to me to be emailed. I then asked if i could come up to the office and get it and was told they would not be ready and that i would be charged $1 per page for my documents. I am filing this complaint in hopes that i will be able to recieve my documents in a timely manner so that i may renew my immigration documents on time so they will not expire and thus leave me without a job.
