      In February 2022 we used Weissman in *******, **, to close our loan for our first home. I am a disabled veteran and prior to closing, I had agreed to an extended warranty, which had been set up by my financing mortgage company. The mortgage company sent the information over to Weissman for completion upon closing they were to send the check for payment of the extended warranty which total approximately $1500. Fast forward four months I had an issue which would be covered under the extended warranty, I went to file the claim and discovered that the warranty had not been paid. I reached out to my mortgage loan officer, who intern sent it to a higher up to discuss with the attorneys office. The attorneys office stated that this was not their problem that they had not received the proper paperwork , but all the numbers on the closing documents matched up with the loan amount. After going back-and-forth for months and months trying to find a solution the attorneys office is stating it is not their problem. It is extremely disheartening and concerning that an attorneys office would do this to anyone.

We have spoken with 210 Warranty and your warranty has been reactivated effective immediately and will retroactively cover your claim. Please be on the lookout for a letter from Weissman as well.
