      Zero stars. Brandsmart leasing is a scam in my opinion. I purchased a PlayStation and an ***** last Christmas with a total retail value of $1049.87 but Im left with paying a total cost of $2,915.46 due to their greedy and shady business practices. The representative helping me neglected to inform me of the details. Had I know I have just applied for a credit card. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place because either I pay or they come take my items that Ive not paid triple for. This seems criminal to me. DO NOT LEASE THRU BRANDSMART unless you want to pay triple the price. I am not ok. I feel like Im being robbed every single month.

      Stupidest purchase I have ever made. For $1050 worth of items, I am paying $3,000 for. If you're able do not use this service unless you want to pay double what it costs retail. I can't believe this.

      The lady manager was awesome but the Caucasian man they have working refrigerator and stove is a raciest and he kept saying negative things to my kids when I walked away then he was disrespectful to the man manager and just walked away as they was talking to him and as he was walking away he continue to racial profile

      On my first visit to their new Brandsmart store at 7902 W Commercial 12/31/2331 I decided to purchase $1219.99 in appliances however I am very disappointed with customer service. He took us to the person in charge of the leasing department where there was a large banner with misleading advertising where it clearly says the following $49 TODAY "Brandsmart Leasing" is an alternative to big upfront payments and credit financing. CHOOSE A ***** MONTHS LEASE ownership plan and once your lease payments are made, you own your merchandise!"They made me sign several documents that I have no idea were simply based on the information on the misleading advertising banner they have, I decided to sign. As indicated on the banner and with the explanation, it would be the installment financing of the entire order placed for $1219.99 where I had to decide how many months it would be paid. I sent 3 payments done. On 4/23/24 I called at 10:47am to pay in full and they told me at that time that my debt was approximately $3300. I told the customer service lady that it must be a mistake if my total order was $1219.99, how could it be more than double my debt if I had already made 3 previous payments. I explicitly requested that they put me in touch with a manager and they told me that there was no one available. They explained to me that I had to go to the store where I made the purchase to be able to speak with a manager. When I went to the store I looked for it and I also went to the leasing customer service and they told me that my balance at that time was more than $3000 because I should have made the payment in 60 days. I told him that no one had told me about that, but the same advertising that they have in a big banner does not indicate it that. They said that the financing would be for the entire value in 12 months.I asked to speak with a manager and they said no one is available.I asked the last customer service to provide her name and last name and she refused to do it .

      I purchased a washer and dryer combination on March 27, 24, it was delivered March 29th. There are scratches and dents on both appliances. I sent pictures to the saleswoman March 29th. The saleswoman responded to me on March 31, by saying "her manager would only agree to giving me 20% off. I haven't agreed as of yet. However; later that same evening I decided to add the device to SmartThings. It didn't work, so I went on ******** The icon to connect isn't on either appliance and the ** code doesn't work. Later I realized it wasn't Bluetooth compatible. However; I asked the saleswoman was it Bluetooth capable. She stated yes and pointed at the ** code. I was sooo excited, I do like both appliances, but I'm not happy about being lied to for a sale and to receive damaged items.I was warned about doing business with BrandsMart, I should've listened.

      I am highly disappointed at BrandsMart. Purchased a Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator this past Black Friday.The item was delivered on Saturday 12/2/2023. The delivery people did a great job. I was advised that the refrigerator would start making ice in 12 hours. We gave it 72 hours and the unit was making the ice very slow. We reached out to Frigidaire to see if they can troubleshoot the issue. They decided to send a technician down, who stated that the door is not level and the gasket is defective. I noticed that there was water moisture on the hinges and the doors did not make that suction fit close. Went to the Brandsmart location on December 7th, and was told by customer service that they authorized a replacement and I should receive an email with in 48hours. I have not received and email or a phone call. Today is December 11th and nothing.I will no longer do business with BrandsMart and I do not recommend anyone patronize their stores. That evening on December 7th, there was no store manager and no sales reps around to assist. **************** advised me they are short handed.

      I purchased a new Fridgdare Gallery refrigerator on 11/22/23 at **** ************** in *******/********* ******* was delivered on 11/25/23 with 2 dents on the fridge door & scratches on both doors & a bent piece of metal in the freezer by the ice maker. It was picked up & a new one was brought on 11/29/23 with 5 dents in freezer door & mangled rubber piece around the inside freezer door. I drove out to brandsmart on 11/30/23 to look for another refrigerator which a cust service phone rep asked me to do & find one at the same price. Well that's impossible because I bought it at the black Friday sale that was going on at the ********** they're regular price. I spoke with my sales person ******************, and she assured me that she would have the same brand refrigerator sent out from the new batch of 35 refrigerators coming in from the ******* warehouse. She said the old batch had 2 left & she didn't want to order from that batch because they were obviously damaged since I had received 2 damaged from that batch. She also said if I wanted to get a new different brand they would honor the sale price but she continued to convince me that the new batch would be better. I've been waiting for a *********** sent pictures like she asked but with the reflection of the fridge its not as visible in person. She said that's how they'll approve it. I haven't heard anything from ********** left her vm messages. It shouldn't matter if the damage is not clear on the pictures, I want it returned & replaced & then they'll see the damage clearly in person. Don't buy appliances at Brandsmart. They said I have 15 days from 11/29 to choose another refrigerator but they won't approve it without the pictures. This is such a scam, I paid for damaged goods when I should've received a perfect refrigerator. I need a new, non damaged refrigerator immediately or a full refund, including the $250 extended warranty which I've read was a waste of money! I refuse to use a damaged product!

      BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy an extended warranty from Brands Mart as it is a scam. Our washer bearings went out while under warranty. The technician did nothing more than open the door and spin the drum by hand stating "your bearings are out". Nothing else checked. He asked us if we ever put bedspreads or comforters in the washer: we do not. We received a denial of the claim under the auspices of misuse of product due to a bent shaft. We contacted the service division and they were dismissive of our concerns. Once again BUYER BEWARE!

      The issue I had with the ** I purchased has been rectified ,the company reached out to me and gave me an exchange for the same model and price. They were very accommodating and professional, they made sure that I was a satisfied customer, I would just like to say thank you to everyone that helped me . Great ******************

      I bought an Elctric pressure washer sold By manufacturer Pulsar I plugged it it up And it began smoking , burnt smell and cut off electricity to my home.I try to return the pressure washer for 3 weeks with going back and forth from Pulsar to Brandsmart and still Pulsar wont send return authorization. Nothing on my receipt says it cant be returned.Please help i just want to return an unsafe item. Is there any legal help as this has caused so much stress going to the Brandsmart on my lunch breaks every week at ***********, ** location
