    I attempted to order some very expensive replacement headlamps from headlightrevolution.com I have sent 2 emails with no reply, I suppose they do not need the business which is exactly the position I am taking by going elsewhere

    I have always had HIDs for my trucks. I've always purchased the $70-100 quality range ***************** The issue was always they never really lasted more than a year (if they even lasted a year). Growing frustrated, I found Headlight revolution. They talked a big game on ******* and the page and personnel seemed legit. I watched videos and seen reviews.. I saw they were VERY expensive compared to what I had been buying. I figured that must be why I have having to change mine so frequently I am purchasing the cheapest ones on the street. I made my purchase, installed late August 2021. Received the package (looked like every other one I've bought previously) Long behold here we are 15 months later and one is already out, conveniently 3 months after warranty. I had this set at 3 stars initially but I reached out to customer service about a 4 business days ago for some help with the bulb replacement (assuming ballast is good, I haven't checked yet. ) No ones reached back yet.     **************** has declined SHARPLY as evidenced by the trends posted below.I purchased a set of LED lights from Headlight Revolution in December 2021, and had one fail in September of 2022. Sent out one email in 9/26/22 asking for warranty information, no reply. Placed a phone call shortly thereafter. I was on hold for 33 minutes before hanging up. After the second light failed in early October, I sent a second follow up email on 10/22/22. Again, no reply. 2 calls and 2 emails with zero acknowledgement clearly are an organization focused on the sale and not service thereafter. Take your money elsewhere.

    Terrible customer service. Emailed 3 times with no response so I called and have now been on hold for ******************************** sight. I waited to post this until I got a hold of someone. When I finally did they were very rude and just transferred me over to a different person who I waited another hour on. That person then said they couldn't help either but would pass on the message to someone who's supposed to reach out to me. Don't have much faith they will help but the run around is the most frustrating part.
