      I'm actually a vendor who provided career services to a couple of referrals from The Fatherless Generation Foundation. The recent referral is under CONTRACT by the founder, *****************************************, to pay $1000 for services rendered to the client. Since March 2024, ***** has yet to pay and I have documented texts and emails, yet alone phone calls ,where she's stating she's submitting the payment. A final email with final due date. One thing observed was she intentionally didn't reply all but only to my BOM. Her reply stated a lie, that she told me she wasn't certain if the *** payment would go through because she hadn't done it before.I've know ***** personally for over 10 years and she knows I'm about business, regardless of "friendship". I would have never changed my company process of not accepting *** payments if I was told she didn't know if it would go through. Let's be clear, she's aware I gave a $1000 discount because she "was sponsoring" the client. My career strategy and coaching package starts at $2000. Based on my relationship, ***** was trusted to pay the $200 deposit and $800 by the last session with the client. My company has yet to receive a dime as well as she NEVER answered the final email stating she would pay by 7/31/2024.What she will find out very soon is, no this isn't going to collections because that's too easy. We've decided to move forward with legal action.Google reviews about people and their ?? speaks volumes. One specific call we had she stated to me, "I'm not the person people said I use to be." Because I truly had no idea what she was referring to, and told her this, I just let her talk. "You know, that I don't pay people their money. I'm not the same person."Well that's another lie!!! From March to 7/28/2024, there are many excuses for not paying. Things went from changing the invoice up so she could pay with 2 different cards to finally, the ***.As of today, still no reply or payment.
