    The experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! The drivers and dispatchers are extremely rude and very disrespectful! I purchased transportation for my mother from the airport to my home. Her flight was 20 mins late- something she cant control. The driver was ******* her to get through Atlantas airport because he had another job. I called dispatch to see if he needed to send another driver due to the flight being late (something she cant control). The dispatcher proceeded to be rude, loud and argumentative. He told me that she needs to hurry. Well needless to say, that did not go over well. I explained to him in a not so nice way that hes getting paid to provide a service and he will do it respectfully. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

    Hi Potential Clients / Customers,After carefully listening to the recorded phone conversation between ******* and the Dispatcher, we feel compelled to reply to this Lies and False negative review that he quickly posted.Please understand that our staffs, chauffeurs are well-trained to be courteous and professional even to abusive people like *******. We do not condone any acts of unprofessional attitude here at Cowry Limousines. We pride ourselves as a first-class limo company in Georgia since 1995.Here's the facts / details below:The professional chauffeur called the lady ( *****) after her plane landed at the ***********. As normal, he greeted her "Welcome to Atlanta. Do you know your way to the baggage claim or you will need directions.***** said no, that she knows her way.**** (********* ) then explained to her that her flight arrive 25mins late and that he actually has another trip to cover immediately as assigned to him, and would appreciate if ***** can make it quickly so that he would not be late for the next client... That's all.***** responded that she will try to come out ASAP!About 10mins later, this ********************* - called thinking he can call our office and shout down and address the dispatcher like he is talking to his son or daughter.His entire spoken words was full of F***KING and DO YOU UNDERSTAND? like he is trying to Command his military parade during war.The dispatcher tried to explain the reason why **** made that call to *****, he was shouting and yelling Command Tone as if he owns Apple + ********* and Amazon combined.Throughout the conversation, the dispatched only answer his questions and Not the Command language... he got mad that the professional dispatcher refused to be his son or daughter - As his tone shows that's who he thinks he was talking to.Potential Clients, please always be open-minded when you read online negative reviews posted by people like this and wanted everyone to JUMP or Bow Down because they book a car service..Mind you, this is what we do every ************* Transporting over ***** Individual / corporate executives daily from office, homes, meetings to airports.Thank you for reading.
