    Guild Quality is a company that contacts customers for reviews of work performed by roofing contractors in my instance. For example, an **************** ***** Corning, listed 5-star reviews of the Roofing contractors' I used. These listings on the asphalt company's website. ***** uses the Guild Quality as an independent contractor reviewing company.In turn, the roofing company using this asphalt brand are taking the Guild Quality Business reviews to show their preferred, or excellent contractors using their products to mislead consumers.This company misleads the true ratings due to the fact the contractors, "see small print in the website", are allowed to pick the reviews so naturally the contractors pick the 5 star reviews. This is the reason a contractor will refer to the Asphalt companies' website to show their company's work performance. Every contractor in the *************** has 5 star reviews due to Guild Quality allowing the contractor to only pick the good reviews. This is misleading to the consumer. This is a quote from the Guild Quality Website for Businesses, "Although weve designed our surveys to automatically select the best questions to ask your customers based on project type (e.g. new siding), our surveys are completely customizable.You can add your own multiple choice, rating, and freeform questions, giving you the ability to capture exactly the kind of feedback youre looking for.Customer BEWARE!!!! My contractor has 5 stars and I had to have my roof completely redone 7 months later by a different roofer.G&L *****
