INCIDENT REPORT FOR SATURDAY 11/11/23 *************************** AKA *********************
Above person uses name: *********************. Court recognizes her as ***************************.  Many times she did not comply with required Zoom Class Policies by turning camera off. Pointing live camera at ceiling. Today's incident she continued that. So she didn't like my Enforcement of Court Approved Rules. She thought I was rude for enforcing Zoom Class Policy. She was 25 minutes late joining Class after lunch break.. She had texted me early morning, she was going to pay for afternoon classes during lunch break. She did not. When I asked her to do so I removed her from Zoom Class to aid in doing one thing at a time. And not distract the other 5 attendees who witnessed the whole thing. She became argumentative which I do not tolerate in Class. Another Zoom Class Policy broken.  So I muted her several times. Big distraction to other participants. She was clearly triggered into anger mode in anger management class. 5 witnesses were amused she called 9 times in a row on phone. She text me so many times I could not teach Class. She threatened me on text. All documented. Note I was teaching five orhter people during all this. I have 5 witnesses. They thought she was over-reactive and I handle situation appropriately. On next break I spend 15 minutes Refunded her $100.00 that she paid at 12:56pm. She missed her 12:30pm Class 7 being late 25 minutes. After Class at 5:06 I refunded her another $25.00 and then emailed her Progress Report of 6 classes attended to her Probation Officer and her.  She was directed to attend Classes elsewhere releasing her from my program since she seemed unhappy. Case Resolved/Closed.
