    Sonovia makes a decent mask for someone with asthma but it is a horror to deal with the company. They do not answer any emails from customers. I sent at minimum 10 emails. I unfortunately pressed Affirm to pay out the money. Sonovia kept 3/4 of the money and only sent Affirm one payment instead of 4. To compound the problem, Sonovia then sent me 2 additional masks that I had not ordered and did not want and expected me to pay an additional $60.00 to Affirm. I paid by debit card unfortunately and sent copies of my information to Affirm. I sent at least 10 emails to Affirm but they decided Sonovia won the dispute. Representatives from ****** told me they had already paid for the first 2 masks; I replied that I had already paid for the 2 masks as well. And the situation goes on. DO NOT BUY FROM SONOVIA!
