  I received a text from Strategic Meditation Services, **********, the text had the last of my SSN. T. I called and spoke to *********************. She informed me that I took out a loan in the amount of $723.00 from Ace Cash Services online. She said if I did not settle for $433.80 through arbitration that court cost would be well over four thousand dollars. She mentions my workplace and bank name. I called her a scammer and she said to me, "get a lawyer" and hung up.

  On 1/26/2024, this company without my knowledge, confiscated funds out of my account. Prior to this, I spoke with *******************************. The reason for our conversation was that on 1/3/2024, my daughter informed by text someone called her phone and left a message for me. Once I received the message, I called the number she gave me. Once I called, I reached ******************. Immediately, he threatened to have me arrested, closed all my checking accounts and I would have to go to court. Terrified, I did not know what to do. He said that I wrote a bad check in the year 2011 for a loan. I did not know what he was referring to, but he had all my personal information. I informed him that I was unemployed, and don't have anything. Still frightened, I informed that I would start a new job on 1/8/2024, I could possibly make a payment on 1/19/2024. He stated "if I could not make a payment to call him and let him. So, I a docusign was signed for that date for payment with my debit card information. On /1/12/2024, I found out that I would not have the payment due the amount my payment dated on 1/19/2024. So, I phone ****************** on 1/12/2024 that I will not have a payment on 1/19/2024. He informed me that a payment will not come out of my bank account and the company will not take a payment out of my account. However, on 1/26/2024 I checked my checking account this company withdrew $432.95 which left a negative amount in my account. I called and spoke to ******************: he stated that I no longer owe them, and the account is paid. I am very disappointed of how this company conducted business. ****************** deceived me and did not go along with the agreement of the payment plan. Now, I will need file a claim against this company and order another debit. And this transaction my cause my account to close.
