      Terrible! Received bill, paid bill, got email confirmation. Continued to receive bills. Called 5 times and even sent an email with payment confirmation. Still is not resolved. It has been 6 months.

      0 stars. The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with any business. I have been trying for months to pay this company and they simply can muster an ounce of competence to simply acknowledge a receipt of payment.

      Ive called them several times and kept getting told they couldnt give me an itemized receipt. Then they said I could get one if I paid my bill. I have a grant to pay that bi and they keep sending me emails and letters telling me I have something due. I e been waiting for hours to have a manager call me to discuss my concerns. I work nights and have lost hours of sleep due to my time not being respected.
