    Great experience with customer service. I spoke with someone who was very helpful in resolving my issue. I am not a tech expert and they were able to walk me through creating my request to receive the records I needed.

    Worst company to deal with. Paid ************** for weeks- no response only placating attempts no real responses!

    I have been in communication with this business via email and phone for over two months trying to get a record for a one night ER visit from a hospital. They want to charge me $55. *** told them Im on disability and therefore receive a low fixed income and $55 is a hardship for me. Of further note, I have numerous physical health issues and need my medical records, Ive never once had to pay for my own electronically filed medical records. Im not even paying for the paper or for them to be printed. What am I paying them for??
