On February 4th, 2025 I went to the **** location in ********, *******, ******* to sign up for their "peptide" program, which offered a monthly membership for tirzepatide injections. As part of this membership I was told that I would receive tirzepatide and a vitamin cocktail for $499 a month. I was referred to **** by a current client of theirs, and when I brought up that I heard about this program from my friend I was then told that because I was referred both my friend and I would receive $100 off the cost of our next month's membership. I was specifically told my next bill would be $399. I was told that I would receive shipments of tirzepatide and vitamins from the pharmacy OVME was working with. I received my first shipment, but shortly afterwards was informed by **** that they would no longer be able to provide tirzepatide due to *** regulations on compound pharmacies. They offered to cancel my membership or continue on a different medication and I decided to cancel my membership. It was at that time they told me that they would cancel the membership after they charged me for a second month. I told them that I had only received one month's worth of medication since the vials I received stated they should be disposed of 28 days after first use. They stated that it is their policy to make clients continue to use the vials at least another month after the first 28 days, and therefore I had received two months of medication and that is why I was being charged. Despite my telling them I was uncomfortable with ignoring pharmacy and *** recommendations, they charged me another $499 for a second month. I emailed them asking that they at least take the $100 referral bonus off of the charged amount, and I was then told that they would not take it off but I could use the $100 towards additional services with them. I was lied to consistently by **** regarding the services I would be receiving, and they are engaging in bait and switch predatory business practices.

I received from their injector ******* who gave me dysport on one occasion and not botox as requested in addition to not making me aware of a price increase from thirteen to fourteen dollars prior to treatment as well as refusing to provide me with the six to eight units of botox for a touch up who I made aware immediately after my last service I had an upcoming shoulder surgery scheduled which would be towards the end of my two week window to receive the free touch up service who stated it cannot go any longer than two weeks or I will be charged for the free service. I went to the salon as asked after my surgery and was denied treatment by your injector ******* who initially stated to me when in the room with her she would be right back with the botox where upon returning said she spoke to her manager and will not treat me without my doctor's ******** which I received within a few minutes of being told this by ******* from my doctor and his ****** manager, *****. When stating this to ******* asking if she would like to speak to my doctor's ****** directly she all of a sudden declined now saying she will not treat me at all for four weeks. I was forced to leave the salon that day after being told by the spa's manager she will not issue me a refund to my credit card for the touch up service I was to receive stating to her after several incidents I am no longer interested in returning, please. I would like to say I have been going to this salon for some time having seen a different injector a number of times where there were absolutely no problems and were not until I began seeing ******* did all of these problems start happening. I was also mistakenly charged one time for a touch up by *******, please. I have addressed this with the district person ********************* now having to address it with the company's corporate ****** ****** in *******, ******* after he failed to provide an adequate response or refund in addition to lying saying touch *** are three and not two weeks.
