In August 2023, I decided to get my brows tattooed by Brows Bossible. Immediately after getting my brows done, I told her that something seemed off about them but I couldnt quite point out what it was. She assured me they were symmetrical and everything would be fine once they healed. Once I got home that evening and got a better look, I realized they were shaped different. My right was perfect, but my left was thicker and more boxy-shaped which I didnt like. I emailed her that same day to tell her my concerns. She said the same as earlier, advising me to trust the process and that I could come in after 30 days for a touch up.Fast forward about two weeks and my brows are still noticeably uneven. I sent another email with pictures. She said she could see my concerns and could make them even with a touch up. Bet. I booked my touch up.So I went in for my touch up and she said again, she understood where I was coming from with my concerns and that she would even them out. After paying $100 for my touch up, they still werent right. At that point, I was over it. Once I let them heal and still saw unevenness, I knew I wasnt going back to her for another touch up.Some months go by and in April 2024, I saw that she now offered removals. I reached out to remind her of the uneven work she did last year and that I wanted her to correct it by removing the area that was overdone. After a series of emails, this woman really expected me to PAY for her to fix HER MISTAKE. When I told her that I refused to pay her another dime to fix her bad work, she completely stopped responding to me.Not once did I ask for my money back, until now, because I honestly just wanted the couple areas fixed. She will not make any attempt to take responsibility for her mistakes and will expect clients to continuously pay her to fix her botched job.
