    I joined on March 23rd and signed up for the free trial, which was supposed to last until March 27th. I canceled before the trial ended, yet I was still charged for March. I was also just charged again for *****, even though I cannot access the appit continues to prompt me to select a plan. Below you see the copies for f the receipt as well as the email from March 30th requesting a refund.I emailed on March 30th requesting a refund but have not received a response. I am now requesting an immediate refund for both the March and ***** charges.

    I downloaded the Reframe app through the Apple App Store. I decided not to sign up right away, but when they sent me an email advertising a special offer of $49.99, I decided to try it. The problem is that the app didnt recognize that I paid. I emailed them a few times, but they never responded.
