      This company is a fraudulent company and not at all professional. When They packed my belongings the used only *************** wrap with NO cushioning or padding. They quoted me $8,000.0 to move from coast to coast but then they added extra charges without notice bringing my total to over $14,000.00 then they took more than 1.5 months to deliver my belongings. When the did deliver my belongings the drivers refused to drive into our parking area and parked on the street and charged us an additional $300.00 for long haul and elevator use. Elevator use was supposed to be free. Once they were unloading my belongings every box was damaged and crushed and items damaged or completely missing. When all said and done they lost or damaged over $10,000.00 worth of my belongings including all my dinner plates were in pieces and my 55led smart tv was was busted. When I filed the insurance claim they only agreed to pay $71.00 of the over $10,000.00 in damages. Then according to their insurance they only had 30 days in which to issue me a payment. Its been 3 months now and still no payment and when I call or email Im either ignored days later I will get an email response apologizing for the delay but no action is taken. Avoid this company at all costs.
