    I paid a $175 Deposit to **** of 404 movers and never received the service, I asked for a refund of my deposit due the the movers not showing up. **** a has been sending messages about a refund on be sent on a certain day. I have not received anything yet this has been going on for 2 weeks now this is the worst company ever they are a ripoff just taking people money. Then dont answer nor return your calls. ****************

    I booked them to move me april 3rd and they broke my 85inch tv during the process. I was told they have ******************************************************************************************************** the run around. Today is July 3rd and i still havent been compensated Ive been in communication with them multiple times over the last 3 months about compensation and they always say they will email me The next steps to finish my claim but they never do. After I he holiday Im going to just going to go to small claims court only because they feel like they are getting over on people so Im going to go above and beyond to get my compensation and inconvenience them.. DO NOT book them For your move. Yes they may seem cheap and affordable but you would come out better paying for a more suitable moving company that will do right by you and your belongings rather than trying to take the cheap way out.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They engage in unethical and fraudulent business practices. I canceled a with them more than 24 hours before the scheduled move. I paid a $100 deposit using Zelle. When I asked about getting a refund for the deposit, I was told it would take 2-3 business days to process. Not sure why, as the deposit was paid using Zelle and the company did not ask for any credit or debit card information to issue my refund. They could have simply returned the money to me via Zelle using my phone number. Needless to say, 2-3 business days turned into 4 weeks of back and forth phone calls and text messages inquiring about my refund. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not received my deposit back. It's safe to say at this point, I don't think the company had any intention of ever refunding my money. Unfortunately there is no consumer protection when you utilize Zelle for payment, it's the equivalent of handing cash to a business. I would definitely not recommend!

    They are trash. The movers- as a person were ok, but they do not handle your precious items with care at all- even if it says FRAGILE on the box. They broke quite a few things in transit. They scratched wall, after wall, after wall with chipped up baseboard. Please do not use them. Too much to even type about my janky experience.
