    Disappointed and sadly I originally gave them 5 stars for the loading of the truck. Now I would give it a negative 1 star if I could due to the reasons below. The movers loading truck stepped in dog p*** and a pile of it came off their shoes and into the truck they left it there instead of cleaning it up. Only because that i went to see how much room was left in the truck did I see this. They noticed that I saw the p*** in the truck and that is the first time either of them asked for something to clean it up with. Little did I know that before they cleaned it up they had already tracked p*** throughout the truck and had loaded our items onto the tracked in p*** I of course didn't know this until movers from the same company unloaded the truck the following day. The movers (different men) from the same company unloaded the truck the following day at our new place. I saw one of them lose his balance while carrying a dresser. The dresser hit the edge of the truck. Again the only way I knew this is because I saw it myself. Neither of the movers said anything to me about the damage. It's a small dent in the front of the dresser that is visible. This dresser was an investment at $1000 value. I spoke to the ****, the owner who said he would do an investigation and get back to me and I have yet to hear from him. I'm disappointed because working with **** was easy and he was flexible with some very last minute changes I had to make that were out of my control. II was so relieved that I had a reliable company to work with and if the above issues never happened I would have used this company in the future.

    Brianne, we're very sorry that you didn't have the best experience with our movers. Obviously the movers were unaware of dog poop being tracked on the truck while carry your heavy furniture. Once it was discovered they offered to clean it up. The small ding on the dresser is barely noticeable and the dresser is functional. As you stated earlier your original review was 5stars because in that moment you agreed that our movers did and excellent job! Rick K. owner
