On March 18th, I received an email from Grady Health System that I owe $830.07. The email has a payment link, but not a link to a bill. Clicking on the link shows a different amount due, $670.07.On March 19th, I called Grady's billing department. The representative told me that he would email the bill to me. However, what I received instead was a document labeled "This is not a bill," which shows that I owe $1,615.97. I emailed a response to the representative, but he hasn't replied to ******* called Grady's billing department several additional times to request the bill. I've left a message with a manager, but she hasn't called me back. I've called Grady's customer service number and filed an online complaint.I will pay any amount that I owe, but would like to see an itemized bill before paying.

I visited Grady hospital on October 26, 2023 and November 1, 2023. The October visit bill was totaled to $820.82 and the November visit bill totaled to $196.35. I had a check sent out to Grady Hospital from my fathers *** account (Zenith American Solutions) to pay off the two service dates totaling $1,017.17 for both visits. It has been since February 2024 that check was mailed out (February 2), but the money was never received in my patient account. Ive called ******************** many times, checking to see if they ever received the money but they said they never did and no one could help me further. My father spoke to an *** account representative and we were told that the check was cashed and they sent us a copy of the check information (front & back of the check, account information, etc.) in a PDF file (states the check was posted on February 21, 2024). I both faxed (on April 30, 2024) and emailed this PDF file (to a Grady billing representative on May 30, 2024) so that they could open an investigation to figure out what happened to the check. Since then, *** called every other week trying to get a hold of the supervising manager, *****, who was supposed to escalate the situation. However, she has never answered any of my calls nor given me a call back when I was told she would for updates on the situation. After I made a call and told the representative that I would make a trip to Grady to clear up the situation, only a partial amount of the check was added to my account for a total of $820.82 on June 24, 2024. When I called Grady back to ask what happened to the remainder if the check, the representative I spoke with said that it must have been the *** accounts issue because the check wouldnt have been able to be applied to my account if it was already cashed. I have still not yet been able to talk to the supervisor and know what happened to the check. I would like to have the remaining balance that is missing ($196.35) added to my patient account from ********************.
