    The dealership tried to sell us a wrecked vehicle that was not on the car fax and did not initially inform me or my husband (they persisted by using stalling tactic and out pricing other vehicles in its class). We were contacted by phone and text, asking us to revisit the dealership. ***** the salesperson, by text, said his manager had considered the terms we needed for the purchase of a car because it was the end of the month. I made them aware that I was disabled and could not spend a large amount of time inside the dealership due to an injury, not only did they disregarded my request for those accommodations, but they insisted on trying to sell me a car that had been wrecked, not on the car fax and did not initially inform us of the damage. The experience was awful and unprofessional. In my opinion they were not upfront and very dishonest. We came to the dealership with a loan approval from ***************, after asking for our credit score, ******, finance manager, swore he could beat the rate in order to get us at the note we desired, once again, he was being dishonest. Lastly, I mentioned to my husband that while they were working the numbers it needed to include the extended warranty, we got ******** attention, made the request, he said okay let's get some numbers back first, in the meantime, a man walks up and introduces himself, saying he was working the number for us, I repeated the comment I had just made to ******. We see him go to ******** office, ****** makes the comment, yall trying to back door me for a warranty, says, I run this show! It was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. We were only trying to make sure that we did not have to wait any longer than possible. In my opinion, ALL PEOPLE, with disabilities and without, PLEASE BEWARE!To add, while we were waiting, there was a family that came in looking at the exact vehicle type, they did not even attempt to show or sell them the damaged vehicle.
