    I have been trying for over a month to get a response from the technical support team. I have at least 6 emails to one **** ****** to prove that they have all the info and screen shots they need to see that their website will not load my account on any browser and CONVENIENTLY I can not cancel my streaming service any other way. Ms. ****** started ghosting me after 4 weeks of nothing. Here is the email of the person who has all my information but no longer will communicate with me and no help has been provided for why I can not log in to my account.

    I got a subscription twice with the Weather Channel, neither could provide decent service, i.e. could not access the station on my TV's. After my first bad episode, I attempted again a couple months later and opted for the one year plan, hoping that would work out. Nope, same scenario and this time I requested my refund and it's been over a month, still no response. All I get are emails stating "We apologize and your request has been submitted to the appropriate department" and still no response. I have received at least 3 of such emails.

    Double billing & will not cancel when I request. I have 2 charges every month from the same company. I have tried to get the service on my TV but cannot access. I have emailed The Weather Channel many times requesting them to stop double billing and to then to just cancel all accounts. ********************* is the name on all the emails. Her response is that the request is forwarded to the dedicated team but the keep coming. This has been going on since Nov 2023. It is now May 2024. I have contacted my credit card to try and stop the charges. I want BBB to know this situation as it wrong to take money when I asked to stop it. I want other consumers to know what this company is doing.

    I wanted just The Weather Channel, not all the other channels that go with it it, like all the ones Spectrum offers. I found out that the Weather Channel offers their program by itself for **** + taxes a month, so I signed up. I found out later, that it can't be streamed on a PC, only on other platforms like ROKU, etc. So I cancelled it, but they keep taking **** out of my account every month. This has been going on since October of 2023. I keep emailing them, and they email back, saying a ticket has been created, but the money keeps coming out.

    Unable to cancel 7 day trial. Charged for a yearly subscription could NOT get that refunded or even a a response that acknowledged my requests to cancel and refund my charge. I sent many emails to a bogus support @weathergroup.freshdesk.com address. I agree class action lawsuit
