    This happened 11/5/23 I gave this place a chance after it got shot up because I think it's a black owned business. the security was excellent but when it was time to order food the lady told me to scan the bar code. when I did I wanted to try the cru burger which came with Lettuce, ************ Sauce. Served with Salted Kettle Chips Cheese Options: American, *********************, Cheddar. when I received my food I only got a burger with onions and tomatoes. no side or no sauce. when I asked for the rest, the manager came to me with and smart attitude and said "what's the problem" after I just said you know what it's not worth it they came out with chips and a magical whipped up sauce. that's called robbery. to your own people. why lie on the menu and give people different after they pay. please just shut it down or get better people to run your business. Why am I getting charged a whole meal for one burger

    This business lies about automatic gratuity and refuses to show receipts until a payment has been made. I asked to see the receipt and wasnt shown. I also asked if there was an automatic gratuity charge twice in which the server replied no. This is deception.
