    I order a cutting board on 5/25 received a tracking number but the *********** still have yet to receive the package Ive sent many emails they responded they will ship another one still no cutting board this is ridiculous and no tracking number

    Date of Purchase: 04/09/2022 I paid $289 for one ticket to shopdariuscooks.com for Dining with Darius ticket in ********, ******.Darius committed to providing a 7 course meal on 05/06/2023. Order #******. On 4/28/23 he cancelled the dinner. On 5/6/23 the day of the dinner, Darius was on ******** live 5/6/23 laying in the bed talking with his fans. I sent two texts he didn't respond to my text, he did respond to the text after mine.Dispute: I haven't received refund, nor the transaction info for the refund, as I requested Dariuscooks sent me an email with the **** refund typed on it without the route of the refund Order#******. Very poor customers services and doesn't try to communicate with customers for refunds.

    I ordered two products from Darius Cooks online and have not received them. I was charged for these items and they have not been delivered nor have I been given a tracking number for these items. I have emailed him several times and have not received a reply from him.

    On about Jan 19th, I made a purchase for 2, as a birthday gift for myself to have a "Dining with Darius" experience. The purchase was made for my birthday 2/6 ar 7pm in ***********. My date and I have been trying to reach out to Darius on multiple occasions prior and including all day today in regards to tonight's event. Darius was on Favebook Live and I tried to get his attention multiple times and he blatantly stated he would deal with the *** comments on another night. It's frustrating because I am in another state just to see this man who I supported via social media and purchasing his cookbooks. I am out of about $500 and cannot get any communication. His shop.dariuscooks.com website shows his lists for his *** tours. I would like my money back. I am very disappointed at the entire lack of communication, lack of notification, and lack of professionalism in addressing situations. Throughout today I trying to find many ways for an answer or something from anyone. I even reached out to someone on ******** who made a post about the dinner for 2/5. As I checked his page he was posting but from GA. This is really ridiculous and would love my money back. Also, as I upload my docs to this complaint and the site and date stamping it for the following day 2/7/23. Screenshot there for that as well.

    12/25/22, I ordered a pot from Darius CooksTV. Well, since i was using my cell phone and do a lot of online shopping, as i attempted to finalize my order, much of my info self populated and i accidentally ordered 3 pots ($483) instead of 1. I am in a small apartment and barely have room for 1. As soon as the order was placed and i saw 3 instead of 1, i reached out to Darius Cooks email to let them know. On 12/28/22, his company or someone there responded saying my order had already been picked up for shipping but they would inspect the 2 pots when i return them and process my refund accordingly (i have that email attached). I did not open either box and returned both to the address they provided **** label and proof of their receipt attached too). They received the unopened pots on 1/4/23 and since then, no refund. I paid $149 each so i am owed $298 plus tax. This is ridiculous!! Terrible business practice. Darius brags about how much $$ he has in his account but wont return customers hard earned money. What kind of business does this and gets away with it. I expect his business will never reach its full potential as he LACKS INTEGRITY AND HONESTY AND CARES NOT ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONCE THE PAYMENTS ARE MADE. HIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE FLAGGED CONSTANTLY AND HE SHOULD BE PENALIZED FOR SUCH BAD PRACTICES

    I purchased 2 blue chef knives from Darius tvalmost 2 weeks nowcosting 200 dollarsI received 2 black knivesand one of the knives was not packaged properly..just thrown in the box haphazardlyI contacted Dariushe said he understood but the fine print said they were blackI responded that he didnt address the one improperly packaged and that there is no fine printI took screen shots and sent them to himat first I asked to exchange them for the proper colorI got no response..then after a few days I asked for a refund per his website.he is not responding and wont send refund instructionsI am out of 200 dollarshe is completely ignoring ***** horrible customer service he wont even respond on instagram.please help!
