    Sends out knowingly damaged items, refuses to refund and blames the shipper. Refuses to reimburse or replace damaged items. Dont even get me started on the cookbooks. Severely misspelled words through out, inaccurate measurements plus I was able to find out these are plagiarized recipes he claims are his own. No wonder he self publishes his cookbooks. Dont waste your time and money, buy from a reputable company with better price and quality with replacement policies.

    Received a damaged Dutch oven.I have been fighting for a replacement or refund since December, they ignore me or send generic replies. Route is of no help they will not cover the damage. This is the worse customer service I have ever received from a business.

    His shipping is HORRIBLE! I received my red sauce pan yesterday and the handle busted completely out of the box (which was not secure) and the red enamel chipped off the entire handle. Luckily I purchased the Route Protection and they refunded my money. You would think someone in his line of business would secure all of their products better than what he does. It's completely unprofessional. **************** is non existent, this is definitely the last time I order anything from him. I'm waiting to see how my remaining products arrive.

    Ordered a cutting board and it arrived warped and coming apart at the seems. Told him about it he just laughed and said not his problem and contact the shipping provider. It was not damaged do to shipping it was a Manufactoring defect. Waste of $80 for me. Should have listened to everyone else

    I have purchased several cookbooks, a pressure cooker and skillet from Dariuscooks and have had no issues with the products. Evertything arrived on time without any delays. I attended one of his dining events earlier this year and it was a wonderful atmosphere and well worth the money paid. I am pleased with the entire event. The food was very delicious.
