    I initially signed up for 6 month subscription in 2021. I did not receive a notification of renewal yet they continue to charge me $27 a month. I have called their customer service phone number multiple times and been told I have no subscription yet month after month they charge my account. I have tried canceling on the website but it says no subscription. If there is no subscription why do you keep charging me? All I want is my account and orders cancelled and this month refunded.

    I placed an order with Sock Fancy on 11/21. Their website states that items are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive 5-7 business days later. As of 12/20, I have not received any updates on my item being shipped and have not received my item at all. I initially contacted their customer service team on 11/29, and received a response on 12/1 stating that they will ship the item as soon as possible and your order will be shipped out within next three business days. Given that I had not received the item I have followed up several times with no response.

    I have had a subscription with this company for over a year and for the last 5 months they have shipped me duplicate socks. The first three times they replaced the socks, and the third time they said they identified the algorithm issue and it would not happen again. Then the next two months they still proceed to ship me the same sock they had already sent me in previous orders. The last two times the choose to not even respond to my emails. The last time I said either they can fix the issue or I will be forced to just cancel the service so they went ahead and cancelled my service and never responded. All 5 times I sent them pictures of the duplicate socks next to the socks I already had to support my case. I would either like to have two new set of socks sent to me that they have not already shipped or refund me for the last two months subscription fees.
