      This company does a good enough job repairing glasses, but I would proceed with caution when getting an eye exam and purchasing glasses, as they do not accept insurance. After some haggling, they will reduce the cost of the glasses a bit. They told me they had no eye-glasses cases and my glasses were given to me in a plastic bag. I ordered contacts from them only to discover after the second time I ordered that they opened the contact box and removed half of the supply from the manufacturer, i.e., I ordered a three-month supply of contact lenses and was given opened six-month supply boxes, with no contact lenses case, or complimentary solution. I was charged $200. I went on-line to see just how much my brand of contacts with my prescription costs, and I discovered that I was paying for a six-month supply of contacts. I called Eyewear Repair Express to ask why I was charged double for a three-month supply of contacts and I was told by the same gentleman that "everywhere charges different prices". What an absolute rip-off! I will never do business with them again!

      Wanted to get prescription lenses for my frameless eyeglasses as thin as possible. They said they could do it but when I picked up my eyeglasses the lenses were thick, not thin as promised. They said it would take another week to have it ready. Three weeks later they finally called back after I called back after waiting 2 weeks and they said to not call us, we would call you when they were finally ready. Came back to pick up my glasses and they were still thick. Looks like they weren't any thinner than the lenses were from 3 weeks ago. Not happy with the service and not getting noticeably thinner prescription lenses as promised.
