    I am reaching out today with an issue I am having with Acker Optique. They are located in *******, **. I had an appointment with Dr. ****************** to get two pairs of safety glasses on October 9th. We filled out the appropriate paperwork and I paid the fees that were my responsibility. After not hearing back from Acker Optique I reached out again on October 26th via text and by phone. He responded saying he would get back to me, after not hearing back from him, I reached out again on October 28th which he said the glasses were on back order, but were almost ready and to give him my shipping information. I have reached out weekly since then and have not heard back from him. I got confirmation from Safe Vision that the glasses were delivered to his office November 11th and 14th. I sent a message via his website November 18th and have not heard back yet. Now I am at my away from home terminal with no prescription safety glasses and have damaged my last pair contacts so they cannot be worn. Will someone please reach out to him and see if there is any update on the glasses so I can work safely? This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening due to the fact that I absolutely cannot see without them.Attached you will find my correspondence with Safe Vision, Acker Optique as well as contact information for the office. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    We have already shipped the customer their order. 

    It took approximately 3 weeks for us to receive the order from the vendor.  

    Our office does not generate nor supply the safety glasses. We only process the order.  

    The vendor then ships us the order upon completion, as they do not ship directly to the employee (customer)

    As a courtesy, we ship the safety glasses to the customer, as the vast majority of them live out of town and are only in our area for training.

    They have finally provided me with a tracking number to the order and I will update if I actually receive the item
