I am writing to file a complain about the company ********* for fraudulent ********, misrepresent of their refund policy and lack of customer support. I bought one package of sleeping patches and in my statement I had another charge for $ ***** . They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with a full refund, but this is misleading and false. Now I am disputing the charges with my bank . I kindly request that BBB investigate this matter. Sincerely ***** B ******

Received a complaint regarding my business from the BBB. Have tried filing a response to it but the responding website will not allow me to proceed with the response. I have confirmed all included documents are no larger than 8mb in size. (they are each under 5mb) I have confirmed they are a supported file type listed. (They are .jpg which shows supported) I have even gone as far as using a compressed zipped folder for them and still nothing happens when publishing. I have called multiple times but get told "so and so is out of town on vacation" and that the issue must be on my end because complaints can be received. Well here is my complaint that proves that I am online since I can submit this. Considering the complaint platform and the response platform is two separate sites maybe the BBB could look into something instead of saying "we don't have an IT department." Well you have online webpages and online form submissions that need to come through, maybe you should find an IT department and act like a serious business.

I have received numerous emails from the *******, *******, Better Business Bureau about a situation I had with ******************* The incident was taken care of about seven are eight months ago thru the Better Business Bureau and they were notified to that fact. I have been receiving personal information about their clients and have been told that I have a business which these people have filed complaints against. I do not have a business and have been retired since ****. I have contacted the ******* Better Business Bureau several time by telephone and spoke with several people who tell me they would pass the information on to their supervisor and that I would receive a call from that person, which I never did. I have been told on different days that a supervisor would call me, which I did not receive a call from any supervisor I did receive a call from a employee and she told me I receive a call from her manager, which again, I did not.
