    Me and my family was referred to Barbour Orthopaedics by our injury lawyer after a car accident on 11/12/24 . As of now , we have been seeing physical therapist for our injuries. In order to process our settlement with insurance company, medical records and itemized billing is needed from Barbour Ortho. My lawyer has contacted Barbour over 4 times in 30 days regarding this and has not received any response from Barbour. Instead , the office we were seen at gave us a email address to contact for records . Mind you this is only for ONE OFFICE VISIT. Im sure the office we were seen at can simply print this information off instead of sending information for a 3 rd party company . I am highly disappointed in Barbour Ortho as this has delayed my settlement tremendously due to lack of response . It has been over 30 days and still no medical records nor itemized bill has been received by Barbour.

    I have requested my medical records from this medical office for the past two months with no response or medical records. I need my medical records for a legal case and I need my medical records to support my case. I have contacted this office for two months April, May and today with no response. The office has been paid for the medical records and as of today I have not received any records and I have left another message today requesting my medical records.
