    Ordered a 5gallon bucket of exterior sealant 9/7/2023. Company charged my credit card $219 same day. As of today , Oct 13 I have not received the product. Emails have gone unanswered and nobody picks up phone during work hours *************). What a s**tty company and circumstance. If theyve gone out of business, it is fraudulent to charge orders. I am hoping you will investigate and delete them from your database.*******************

    On 8/29/23 I ordered a 5-gal pail of TWP deck stain from Seal and Protect. I charged $209.95 to my **** credit card. As of today 9/8/23, I have not received the Deck Stain. It was to be delivered in 2 to 3 days. I have ordered from this company in the past with no problems. Phone numbers are no longer in service and my email to them has not been returned. Their website is still up and running but still no way to contact them.

    Ordered 2 items, TWP 304 and TWP 315 stains on May 25th, 2023 from twp-wood-stains.com (or Sealand Protect.com) under order number *****. As of today, still did not have items. Contacted several times via email and phone for the past few weeks. No reply. I have called my **** to look into this for refund. I also contacted the main original manufacturer of ********** called Gemini Coatings and they told me that this seller is a fake. Please help in contacting them to shut down their web store and refund funds to many customers, as well with me. This is a complete fake seller. ****** said that they will file a lawsuit against them. Hope you can help and let others know what is going on.

    On May 18, 2023, I placed an order for 10 gallons of fence stain. Order #*****. My credit card was charged $408.00. I then received an email from sealandprotect.com stating that they are expecting my stain on or before June 2, 2023 and will ship as soon as they receive it. They asked me to confirm that this was ok, which I did. I have since made several attempts to contact them for an ETA on the stain as I have washed both sides of my fence on preparation for it to be stained. I never received a reply to any of my emails. I tried calling the number that they included in their email but it's "temporarily unavailable" and I can not get a hold of anyone. I'm concerned that the company has taken my money and will not send my stain. It is unacceptable to take people's money for things and then not even update them as to the wherabouts of the items. I have attached copies of all of the correspondence, including the email with their phone number.
