    On 4-17-2024, I went to the ************** on *******************, in *******, **, because my spouse was getting transplant testing done for his *********** were directed to park in the valet ********* would be validated. We arrived at 8:50 & the valet parked my car with the initials EA2. At 3:51 pm the valet retrieved my 2022 Tesla Model 3 & I inspected my car before leaving & we noticed the front right passenger rim had curb rash. My car is kept in a garage at ********* car did not have that damage. We fixed a vehicle damage report taken by Supervisor ******************************** were taken and he said it looked fresh the damage. I asked for his Managers name & he said ***************************. No one called to obtain my side of the incident. On 4-26-2024, I receive a letter in the mail denying that their valet staff damage my rim. The letter was dated 4-18-2024. I called Mr. ******** on 4-26-2024 & left a voice message. He called me back & when I asked what type of investigation was done as stated in the letter he said he asked **************** who told him the rim damage was NOT fresh. I asked him for his managers name, & email. I emailed **************** & left vm & to date he has not responded. Its so sad that as a veteran whose served her **************** waiting for a transplant to be treated its so wrong for this big company to not do the right thing. When I emailed them on 4-19-2024 on the copy of the damage with their email it bounced back as a no working email. Also when I asked for a copy of the alleged investigation conducted I was told no by Mr. ********.Please assist me in this matter.Regards,CB
