    Paid for 9 hour parking ($14.00) and ticket printed was for 3hrs. None of these kiosks have an option for 3 hours. l then placed the ticket on dash w/note and still received a $25 ticket. I've been parking at that SAME particular location for the last 18 years. The location is beneath ************ ******* where I am a contractor for the venue. This has never happened and no one will pick up the phone ( nor return my calls) to resolve this. See ticket info attached.

    We regret to hear of your negative experience. However, your submitted receipt confirms a 3-hour purchase (and not a 9-hour purchase) with a clear expiration time. Your note on your dashboard was not a substitute for payment. Please note that rates and availability can change between day/night and over time.

    Our Terms and Conditions (found at ************************************************************************************** and displayed on-site) explicitly state that users must exit the facility if payment cannot be made, or risk citation, booting, or towing. This includes instances where payment apps and kiosks fail. Do not park if payment isn't processed or if you do not pay for all of the time before you return to your vehicle. Elite Parking is not responsible for payment or time extension issues.

    In the event of a kiosk or app malfunction, alternative payment methods or exiting the lot are required. Parking without payment, regardless of system issues, will result in TOWING, BOOTING, OR CITATION.

    Please ensure your payment receipt and License Plate Number (LPN) are accurate before exiting your vehicle. Should any issues occur, moving your vehicle to a different parking garage is required.

    It's unfortunate that this occurred, particularly after your many problem-free experiences. Please note that towing, booting, or citations are rare, affecting only a small percentage of vehicles.
