    Visit a LAZ Parking facility on May 31st 9:57pm and paid the 30 minute parking fee of $4.33. **** into a restaurant that validated parking for the garage . we were told the validation code was good for two hours . So we put in the validation code . We were unable to extend parking and never got the text they claim to send when your time is expiring. When we asked the waitress at the restaurant she told us we were good just put in the validation code which we did. We went on our way around 11:20 ish (not even the full 2 hours) and just received a ticket for this same lot . The app does not function correctly and it is predatory to send tickets when the system they are using doesnt work or only allows me to do 30 minutes . Im attaching the payment receipt as well as the text I received from the company . In small print it says they will send a validation text (which I received and validated) but no text to extend time ! Predatory

    Parked in a lot that required validation. No business around require validation or will provide it. Truly a scam. I used the call desk and they just said I have to pay the ticket even though it said validation was possible.

    I entered the parking garage at **********************, ** on July 1, 2024 just before 6am. I enter this garage every day Monday thru Friday as I am working on the building being constructed on Marietta for Brickworks. I am charged $10 every time I exit garage. On July 1, upon exiting garage I was charged $20 for no reason, no notice that there has been an increase and no sign saying I would be charged $20. I don't think I will park here if this is the new rate, it is cheaper for me to park in front of the building were I work at $15 if that is the case. I believe this is an error, since other workers were charged $10 on the same day. I have tried calling your company both the regional office and your corporate office. NO ONE ANSWERS THE ***** and no one returns the call. I have left multiple messages about this incident. I don't know if this needs to be brought attention to the media or the **...but if I don't receive a call addressing this I am going to pick up the phone and start using social media as well as the ** in reference to this.

    My fianc arrived at the hospital where laz parking is offering valet parking he gave his keys to staff and came back a couple minutes later and his car was still in the same place was never moved he asked the staff for his keys and they said they didnt have his keys and were never given his keys yet you need to release your keys to staff to get a valet ticket the security at the hospital inspected his car for his keys thinking he might have left them inside car no keys where found and worker keeped denying he never got keys yet they dont give u a ticket without u giving them your keys which is how we know the keys were given to staff member we have been in contact with laz manager he did investigate and after investigation he said he would do more investigation and never reached out I was told we would start a claim about our missing keys but nothing has been done if it wasnt for use having spare keys are car would have been towed from the hospital due to laz parking negligence with our keys

    This is a predatory company. If you are **** your paid time by ***** min like I was you are booted and charged $75 per day to get it off. Its one thing to charge full day rate or charged based on how long you go over but waiting to punce as aoon as time expires is predatory.

    Parking fee at a public parking structure.Date: May 6, 2023 Transaction total: $68.00 This charge is greater than the amount posted. My stay was approximately 6 hours which should amount to a total of approximately $12.00. This fee was waved by the restaurant I visited however the machine did not register this. I contacted ***************, General Manager; *********************** District Area Manager ******************* *************** | AB134 | *******, ** ***** Their response was that my stay was three days. This information is incorrect and they have failed to respond further. I have not received video proof showing that I was there three days.

    Our record indicates that the guest was parked with us 3 days. I have attached the transaction record however I don't see they type of payment. All our garages are self parking and guest pays on their own. The restaurant only validates first two hours of parking and if a guest stays over two hour then standard rates applies.

    I am rejecting this response because: My car was was not parked in this parking structure for three days. In fact, the following day I drove out of town for two nights in that same vehicle. Parking for 3-4 hours would be $12 *** not the $70.00 that I was charged.

    I have not received video proof that my vehicle exited three days later. This is the reason for my dispute. I am happy to provide credit card receipts to show that I was not in the Atlanta area during these supposed three days that my vehicle was in this parking structure.

    Background: On November 21st, I parked at ***************** Garage at ************************************* in *******, *******. I parked on the 1st floor in parking spot 3. The receipt for the parking spot is attached (parking receipt.jpg) and was placed on the dashboard of my car. The signs above most of the first floor parking spots are very clearly designated as 1 hour parking; however, spots 3 and 4 do not have the 1 hour limit marked on the signs above these spots. I have attached pictures of these signs and a picture of my car parked in spot 3 (1 hour parking sign.jpg, Car in parking garage.jpg, parking sign for spot 3, 4.jpg). The "1 hour" limit is covered up and has been since I've been marking in the lot (at least 1 year). When I returned to my car at the end of work on November 21st, my car was booted. I contacted Empire Parking Services (EPS), who had booted the car, and explained the situation to the technician (that parking spots 3 & 4 do not have the 1 hour parking limit); however, because it was "after business hours" for them (after 3:30 pm), there was no way to get the boot fee waived. As such, the EPS technician said that I needed to pay to remove the boot and complete a "disputes" form and explain the situation in order to get refunded for the boot. I have requested a refund from EPS; however, they have denied my request and will not respond to my appeal. (There is no way to contact EPS via phone and they will not reply to emails. Also, their reply to my original dispute form was unprofessional and inappropriate. Their lack of professionalism is something I believe you should consider when you select them to handle your parking enforcement service.) I have worked in the Federal Building across from this parking lot four times a month since January 2022. Since that time, I have used *********** Street ********** have parked in spot 3 or 4 (all day) any time the spots have been open....believing that I was parking in them legally because the "time restriction" on these 2 signs has clearly been covered up. At no time have I believed I was parking illegally or inappropriately. What I have requested from LAZ: 1) Request that they validate that the 1 hour time restriction is not in place for parking spots 3 & 4. If they do, I may have some leverage with EPS to get my $75 booting fee refunded. 2) IF the 1 hour time restriction IS in place for parking spot 3 & 4, respectfully request they fix the signs so that it is CLEAR that the 1 hour time restriction is in place for these spots. After multiple emails and phone calls - I have received no response from LAZ. I respectfully request your help reaching them so they will contact me back.

    On October 6, 2022, I parked at ****************************************************** at 8:30 am. I paid for parking when I arrived at the lot. That afternoon, after work, I arrived at my car to find that my car had been booted. There was no ticket on or around my car. My coworkers car had also been booted. She also paid for parking at 8:30 am that morning. The only option I had was to scan the ** code on my coworkers citation so I could pay. I tried calling the numbers provided on the signs at the lot, but no one would answer. It took 30 minutes for a technician to arrive to remove the boots from our cars. During that time, my coworker and I (we are both females) stood in this unsafe area waiting for a technician to remove boots for parking in a lot for which we both paid.I provided proof of payment for parking from 8:30 am on 10/6/2022 to 8:30 am on 10/7/2022, photos of my booted car, as well proof of payment to remove the boots. I have emailed both ****************************************** and ************************************************** followed-up, and have not received any response.
