    I booked a parking spot at the *************** location from 4 am on Dec 19th 2023 until 5 pm on Dec 26th 2023. The booking promised 24/7 attendant at the parking lot, and a free shuttle to and from the airport. When I made the reservation, I was not asked for what kind of car I was parking. When I got there on the 19th at 5 am, there was no attendant at the lot. I called the number for the shuittle a couple of times, and it went to voicemail. So, after waiting for ***** minutes, I called an uber to take me to the airport so I would not miss my flight. I paid $25.19 for uber. When I returned on the 26th, there was no shuttle to be seen, so after waiting, I took another uber to go pick up my car which cost me approximately $34. I met the owner there, and expressed concern around my experience and that I had pay extra for Uber, and his response was that he should have charged me extra for parking a SUV anyways. I posted my review on the app I used to book my spot (Way), and was giving them some time to respond to my review. But it has been 2 weeks and I have not seen any response. Hence my reaching out to the BBB.
