My husband (****) and I have been waiting over two months on a long-overdue refund on a double parking charge at the ****************************** at ***********************************************. See extensive communications below. We have contacted state representatives in both SC and GA and the City of Atlanta government. The wait time on a parking refund is stated as 7-10 business days on parking garage communications; however, we are approaching multiple MONTHS of waiting on an $89 refund that we should have NEVER had to pay in the first place.Timeline:3/11 We prepaid for parking in the International Park Ride Garage online 3/15 When we tried to enter the parking garage with the correct credit card early that morning, we were not allowed in. We called for assistance but no one came. In order to make our flight, we had to go ahead and push the button for a ticket. 3/20 When we arrived home from our trip and tried to exit the parking garage, an attendant never came to assist us. We pushed the button and called. In order to get home, we went ahead and paid the second fee of $84 to exit the garage with the ticket given on 3/15. We called as soon as we exited the parking garage upon the conclusion of our trip and they told us to email our refund request. 3/21 Refund Request emailed. Multiple phone call took place between end of March and April 4/29 **** emailed for information 5/12 **** emailed again 5/14 **** emailed again See details here:1. SC NUX336 2. BM482 3. Entered March 15, 2025/Exited March 20, 2025 4. $89.00 5. Credit Card Machine would not accept card and no one answered when pressing call button for assistance at arrival on 3/15 and departure on 3/20 6. **** 3120 The amount of time that we have had to wait on a refund for something this simple is absurd and utterly ridiculous. The incompetence of the City of Atlanta and Park ATL with our case is alarming because of the simplicity in nature of a solution.

I booked and paid for a parking on March 10 ($149) from parkATL website for parking from March 29, 205 to April 7, 2025. Upon exiting the parking, the parking facility charged another $144 to my Peachpass transponder account. It's now double charged. Parking receives attached with my license plate and enter/exit information. I contacted both ParkATL and Peachpass with multiple phone calls and emails with no resolution. ParkATL simply not replying email. I feel like the business scam consumer with double charged. If consumers didn't pay attention to another charge in credit card they would be scammed by the business. This same situation I am in right now can be found on line. Also, they way how they made the refund so difficult (which is I am still not getting any solution) needs be be address by regulatory department.
