I was parked, LEGALLY, at ********* on ****** across from ************* having dinner with my wife. 45 Minutes, I came out to a double boot and a sticker on my car. I called the number and was put on hold. 5 minutes later, I hung up. As I was walking to the restaurant, a black mustang pulled up and a young adult got out and removed the 2 boots and the sticker, got in his car and drove away. No apologies, no nothing. So I called the corporate office, spoke to "*******************", if that's his name who was combative instantly and told me "this is not my first rodeo". He wanted me to tell him where I had been off the premises. When I assured him I had not left, he told me he was going to get the video and would call me back. 10 Minutes later, he calls back and wants to know what my complaint is. His driver "made a mistake". So they just randomly boot whoever they want and there's zero recourse. This company should be shut down for negligence and ******************* should be terminated for his positively ABYSMAL attitude on the phone.

My daughter attended a concert downtown ***************. They parked at **********, paid parking lot for *********** Zone **** Enforced by CWP. She paid $15, plus .35 cents for the transaction fee, for 13 hours and 10 minutes. My daughter paid at 5:04 pm on 4/26/23. The concert wrapped up, and upon returning to the car around 10:51 pm, to find the sticker. My daughter texted me at 10:51 pm to tell me precisely ten other folks, including her, had boots on their cars. My daughter tried to get the attendant's attention to show that the receipt was on her phone, where she had paid. He didn't want to talk to her or the other young lady with a boot beside her. She followed him to show her phone, and he told her it didn't matter what was shown; she had to pay for it, or the boot would remain. I asked my daughter to call Atlanta PD. There was an officer dispatched, SUV #*****, plate GV5999P showed up. The officer told my daughter should pay the fee and that he'd stay until they showed up. The $75 was paid at 12:12 am. The officer sat for roughly 40 minutes and told my daughter to call back if the attendant didn't show up within the next 30 minutes. At 1:47 am, we called the police and asked them to return, but they never returned. Finally, after the attendant returned, three cars were left; he removed the two boots from the other vehicles and left. One of the ladies was nice enough to give the phone number of the supervisor on duty she was talking to (4***********). My daughter called the supervisor at 3:03 am and asked why the attendant left; she was told the attendant said she refused to pay. When she asked him to look, he saw she'd paid over 2 hours ago, and it still took the attendant 13 minutes to return to take the boot off. The attendant was in a navy blue ***** Tahoe using the removal technician ID of 104. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

1 (404) 664- Some Caucasian male who I take is the manager who wouldnt give me his name harassed me with pictures and text of the wrong car for an hour to have me and the rain and still not come out and do the boot. The tech who came also got defensive and made me uncomfortable and hopped out of his car like he was aggressively going to do something to me . A very unprofessional and unpleasant experience .

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...at "www.PARKING.COM"; (www.advancebooting.com) Parking lot... here's my story...I attended the **** Convention at the ******************* and used your parking lot...I paid for my time there, thinking that everything was cool only to retrunt to the lot before my time expired to find a boot placed o my truck bc of my back wheel was on the line. It did not prohibit anyone else from parking. Needless to say the lot was not full. So I ended up paying $95 dollars for this. I will be copying the Better Business Bureau about this...TERRIBLE SERVICE...TERRIBLE BUSINESS...It is so sad this company is that hardup and apparently desperate for $$$MONEY>>>SMH
