On 6-20-2025 I visited Piedmont Physicians for a doctors appointment. I parked in their parking garage at *********************. The receptionist told me they had a brand new parking system and the validation process for free parking had changed. The receptionist showed me how to validate my parking ticket by scanning a QR Code and putting in a discount code. I completed this process. So I should have received free parking at that time. I left the garage and several days later I received a parking ticket from LAZ Parking for ******. I contacted the ************** and they said that they had a stack of complaints from patients that they all had been charged for parking after validating their parking ticket. They gave me the email address of **** ****** at LAZ Parking and told me to contact him. He responded that I had to pay the ****** ticket anyway. I feel that it is unfair because if I new the validation system did not work then I would have paid the 5 or 7.00 parking fee at the time of parking. *** has a picture of my car going and coming from their lot but say they have no record of the parking transaction. The parking ticket number is LAZATL-****** and my license plate is TEK 1338 *******

I have been trying to contact LAZ Parking in ******* regarding a citation I received. I have made several attempts to reach them via email with no response. Ive also called multiple times, only to find there is no one available to speak with directly. Its extremely frustrating that a business can issue citations so easily yet provide no accessible or responsible customer service to handle questions or disputes. How can a company operate in good faith without a way for the public to resolve issues? This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am requesting a response and resolution regarding my citation. Look at their Reviews - ******, etc. Do better.

I received a bill ******* Number ***ATL-******) for $92 for only 34 minutes parking (!!!) at *** parking lot at ******************. This is an utterly ridiculous amount that is not backed up by any legal postings either at the lot or on any website that I've found. I ask that it be refunded or reduced to a standard fee for the 34 minutes onsite with the difference from that amount refunded. The ******* police had this area very much shutdown for traffic due to the February 25th marathons that started and ended at the ****************. I tried for literally an hour to get back to the stadium to pick up my daughter, who ran a half-marathon. I pulled into this lot to wait for my daughter as she found her way to me. Being a Sunday morning, I did not realize the lot payment was required, but also did not use if for parking, but only because the roads were thoroughly plugged by the races. I realize this was my mistake, but very much disagree with the $92 charge...should be something more towards $10 maximum. I am reporting this to BBB as such an overcharge seems to be equivalent to highway robbery, seems to be a common overreach against others from what I see online, I don't believe it's legal as it does not appear to be posted and I am also very much aggravated it went straight to a collection agency without any previous billing with a threatening note about being turned over to a debt collector after only 30 days. The bill is from the Parking ************************** **** out of ********** ********, but has been turned over from the parking lot company operated by *** Parking. The lot address is ******************, but the *** website lists the *** local office at ***************************************************************************, contact ************.

There are several large (24"x36") signs on the lot and visible upon entry of the lot, explaining the payment process. The customer admitted that he chose to not follow the directions as he was just waiting for his daughter. This lot is enforced by an LPR (license plate recognition) system. If someone does not pay or overstays the time they elected to pay for, they will receive a citation in the mail. There is a fee for the citation as well as a fee for the amount of time the vehicle was parked. There will not be a refund processed for this transaction as this gentleman took up a space that a legitimate paying customer could have utilized.

I pulled into the *** Parking Deck and the machine did not give a ticket after following the prompts. The display said take your ticket, but there was no ticket. The gate opened anyway I pressed the Help button and the box called customer service. The phone rang then hung up. I called again and it hung up again. I called a third time and someone answered ******************* and immediately hung up. I called again, hung up. I called again and someone answered ****************** and hung up again. I called again and it immediately hung up, Finally, someone answered. I said "I did not get my ticket". They said, the gate is up, you can drive through. The posted rate was $10/flat rate. When I left, I had no choice but to press the lost ticket button and I was charged $20. I want a refund of $10 please. Ticket # *********, Date Feb 18, 2004 8:42 pm **********, ************************************************ I will dispute this with AMEX if I do not get a refund in 7 days.
