    This business was not forthcoming when I paid him for my **** to travel to ***** *******, he left out very important information, after making my plans with booking my Air BNB, and flights, I was inconvenienced and all of my plans had to be cancelled because he did not tell me that he needed a copy of my passport to complete the process, due to their systems and process changes.
