    How a company over charge people and some people with disability or elderly who don't understand what they read. This company refuses to verbally communication and explain lot of people are on fix incomes for and try to save money. These people don't inform you if you reverse charge on your bank card when you give them your banking information thinking they used that instead of your debt and talk about reverse transaction no employee explain if you do you be charge more and for reverse transaction and your apartment is making money off you and click pay and explain if you reverse transaction your account will be block this has been nightmare. Apartment should let people pay by zelle or any money or cash app.
