    We have used this platform for several years. Xplor Technologies acquired ***** several years back and rose our fees by over 30% the first time and has had 2 more price increases since taking over. Integration was incomplete customer service was and has always been horrible since Xplor came into the picture. Trying to switch over to a new platform and they are less that helpful. Holding my clients financial info (which we entered and populated) hostage and will only release if we pay them $500.00. Have spent numerous hours trying to contact a real person. And now keeping us under contract for another 30 days even though they have documentation of us being unhappy and wanting to cancel.
