************************* /***********************************, attorney/paralegal, of the Jensen Law Firm here in *******, ******* are the worst litigation team I've ever encountered. They failed to live up to their own contract, charging client's 40% and doing only 10% if that of work. They do not have one's best interest at heart. My family and I did not choose this firm, and we have and still do suffer from this decision that was made for us. The firm ****************** turn over our cases to them and that was a grave mistake for me and my family, one that has cost us dearly. And I will not let them get away with this in my case, seeing that they still have my money in their possession. Due diligence was all that was needed to be done in my case but instead, they would not even look into a lien that was attached to my case. They were trying to act as if they were earning that 40% by sending a reduction request to the lien holder only to find out through me, that the lien had been paid off 2 months after it was filed 3 years ago. But had they just did any work like they were hired to do, I would not still be waiting to receive my settlement payment from an accident that happened 4 years ago. Instead of a reduction letter to the lien holder, it should have been sent to ******** and settled with them, because they paid the hospital bill 2 months after the lien itself was filed. I was the one who did the research on my own case and gave this information to them, and they have still not done their due diligence to end this case after 4 long years. Deserving of 40%, I think not. I will be filing a grievance with the State Bar and shing some light on their unethical practices in this and my family's cases. Their website is even set up to where you can't even leave a negative review. I have tried negotiating to no avail. So the next steps for me is ousting them in everyway possible to bring attention and get JUSTICE. My name is ************************************************************************. This is terrible.
