    I joined fetch at rate of $22/walk Billed $22 until March 2023when it was raised to $24 - No notice was given - No opt out period - My account was autoPAY so I didnt even know Fetch claims that from August 2022 till terminatioin of services I "should" have been billed the They billed the unapproved higher rate from April 2022 until July 2022 PROBLEM 1 : That rate was $22 per walk. NOT $24 SO there entire narrative was untrue entirely.PROBLEM 2:32 unauthorized uses of my credit card occurred on May 9, 2023 ********************* verbally and in writing admitted processing the 32 charges knowing she had no authorization to do so, but was "legally entitled"********************* emailed 5/11/23. YOU ARE GETTING A FULL REFUND, but to date no confirmation or evidence she did so can be found.I am due a complete refund on all May 9, 2023 charges $932.40 Due a refund on every $24 transaction refunding both the. $2 and the associated gratuity Covers March 2022 thru July 2022 233 walks charged @ 24due $2 refund$466.00 due gratuity refund$ ***** TOTAL REFUND DUE $1,483.82
