    One of my Nikon F5 film camera bodies was no longer powering up, so I contacted CSC via email to see if they would be able to service the camera, as many companies no longer perform repairs on this model. CSC's initial response to my inquiries were very quick and professional. Unfortunately, things devolved from there. The camera was returned about five weeks later in less than 100% working order. While the camera would now power up, the ** system had not been calibrated and one of the **** in the viewfinder would no longer light up. I contacted them and they promptly sent a return label.After a few weeks, the camera was returned to me. They successfully calibrated the autofocus system but failed to repair the viewfinder LED. I sent them an email message about the problem but did not receive a response.About two weeks later I followed up with a phone call. The person I spoke with said the film camera technician was out of the office and would not be returning until the following week and was told they would contact me then. They never called.I followed up with another email message and still did not receive a response. I followed up with another phone call two weeks after I sent the message and they finally sent a return shipping label. After a few weeks I received an email message stating that they were unable to resolve the issue with the LED. CSC offered me a partial refund.I DO NOT recommend this camera repair facility. They are inept at camera repairs, do not provide good customer ********************** and fail to respond in a timely manner.
